The three-bar Cross is one of the most recognizable forms of the Cross within the Eastern Orthodox tradition. The upper bar represents the inscription placed above Christ, while the central bar represents the beam upon which His hands were nailed. The distinctive lower slanted bar represents the footrest. Together, the imagery points directly toward the Crucifixion of Christ and His victory through the Cross.
The intricate artwork of this tee draws inspiration from traditional Orthodox ornamentation while the black-and-gray treatment gives it a contemporary, understated appearance suitable for everyday wear.
